Holiday Ordering Deadlines

For delivery before the Christmas holiday, please place your order by the following dates:

*Last day for Ground Shipping: NOON PST ON THURSDAY 12/17
*Last day for 2-Day Shipping: NOON PST ON MONDAY 12/21
*Last day for Overnight Shipping: NOON PST ON TUESDAY 12/22

We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.

Promotional Codes

From time to time we offer special promotions that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Checkout page. Promotional codes are not automatically entered into this space for you.

Email Confirmation with Orders

We will communicate information about your order by email. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. Next you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This will include a shipping tracking number from your shipping provider (UPS?). Your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped.

Checking Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, and this will include the UPS tracking number for your package. Once your package leaves our distribution center, please allow for 24-48 hours for your shipping handler to provide you with the tracking number.

Cancellations

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. If you have questions about your order, please contact Pursendipity Customer Service by email at inquiries@Pursendipity.net

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to California. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.

International Shipping

At this time, Pursendipity does not ship outside of the United States.
