Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied and happy with their purchase. Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned past 14 days will receive a merchandise credit. We will only accept returns for items that have not been used or washed, and returned in its original packaging. Once returned goods have been received, Pursendipity reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. All returns should be shipped to: Returns-Customer Service, 13299 Caminito Mendiola, San Diego, CA 92130. Please use UPS or Fed-ex for all returned merchandise and please include your original order number.

Refunds

Refunds will be returned to the customer in the original form of payment upon receipt of goods. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping expenses for returned merchandise are not refundable.

We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Currently at this time, we do not process exchanges. We will refund your return and ask that you place a new order for any additional merchandise.
