U.S. Shipping Methods and Costs

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before shipment.

We currently offer three shipping methods:

UPS Standard Ground - Delivery occurs in 3 to 5 business days after processing.
UPS 2nd Day - Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.
UPS Next Day Air- Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.

Costs

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer:

• International shipping
• Saturday delivery
• Delivery to P.O. Boxes

At this time we do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska.

Processing Times

Two-day and overnight orders are given top priority. Orders with these shipping methods will ship the same day (pending product availability and credit card approval) if ordered before NOON PST. After Noon PST they will ship the next business day.

Orders typically ship within 48 hours from the time we receive your order and pending availability and credit card verification.

• Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON PST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after NOON PST will begin processing the next business day.
• Orders placed after NOON PST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Pursendipity will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.

Shipping To Multiple Addresses

It is not possible at this time to split a single order and send items to multiple addresses.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

Must be returned within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to provide you with a full refund should your order be processed incorrectly or you received a damaged product.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
